Why has my membership renewal date not updated in the app?

If you're still seeing an old membership renewal date in the app, please try logging out and logging in to the app again - not just closing and re-opening the app, but logging out via the in app menu and then logging back in - and your updated Ski Club renewal date should appear.

If you're still having issues please contact Ski Club at www.skiclub.co.uk/contact-us where they will be able to check your renewal status.
