Why use Alto.Ski in Les 2 Alpes?

With Alto.Ski you can:

It’s a simple way to make your ski trip smoother, especially for short breaks and spring skiing.

How it works

1. Download the Alto.Ski app

Create your account and log in.

2. Add your payment card

Make sure a valid payment card is saved in your account.

3. Register your ski card

Add your compatible ski card in the app.

You can usually do this by:

  • using NFC if supported on your phone

  • scanning the QR code on the card

  • entering the card number manually

4. Choose Les 2 Alpes

Open the resort in the app and select the lift pass you would like to buy.

5. Complete your purchase

Once your purchase is confirmed, your pass will be linked to your registered card.

6. Go skiing

Head straight to the slopes with your card.

Before you travel

To make things easier on arrival, we recommend that you:

  • download the app in advance

  • create your account before your trip

  • add your payment card

  • register your ski card

  • complete your purchase before your first ski day where possible

Need a ski card?

To use Alto.Ski, you need a compatible ski card.

If you do not already have one, please contact your hotel, accommodation provider or local partner if applicable, or visit the ticket office to obtain a card.

Important

Please make sure that:

  • your card is correctly registered in the app

  • your payment card is valid and active

  • your purchase has been completed successfully before skiing

  • you bring the same ski card with you to the lifts
