We’ve identified a temporary issue affecting some user where the Alto.Ski app might crash when trying to activate a ski card or payment card.
We are publishing a fix for this soon, but fortunately there is a simple workaround in the meantime:
Open the side menu (top-right ☰) in the Alto.Ski app
Set the language of the app to French
Open the side menu again
Switch the language back to English
Return to the screen that previously crashed and try again
If you were affected by this bug we are sorry for the inconvenience and we will have a fix for this soon (to be published in the 2026.01.24 versions of the app for iOS and Android).
