Orders from Italy
When we receive an order from Italy, the keycards are dispatched from our centre in Bologna. The keycards are sent via Poste Italiane, and it typically takes up to 5 working days for delivery.
Orders from the UK and Rest of the World
For orders from the UK and the rest of the world, the keycards are shipped from our office in London. Delivery also takes up to 5 working days.
What If Your Keycard Doesn't Arrive on Time?
In case your keycard does not arrive in time, you can pick it up directly from one of our partner hotels. This ensures you won’t miss out on your skiing holiday!
Activating Your Keycards
Once you receive your keycards, follow these simple steps to activate them:
Log in to your Alto.Ski account in the app.
Choose the option "Add the existing card".
Enter the name and date of birth for each family member.
The status "Active" will appear on the "My Ski Cards" page.
After activation, you’re all set to head straight to the slopes and enjoy your holiday!
